In May 2012 we shared why we love Samsung Radianz® Quartz. We aren’t the only ones! Radianz® has been well-received by our customers. Samsung calls it “Beauty beyond stone” because the technology of fusing pigments and polymer resins with 93% quartz results in a stunning slab that is resilient to nearly any scratch, stain or imperfection.

Samsung continues to improve the Radianz® product by adding new colors and making their products more environmentally friendly. Read on to see what’s new in Radianz® since we last showcased this product in On The Surface.

New Colors

To keep up with the latest trends and product availability, we have added a few new colors of Radianz® and discontinued others, bringing our current selection to 28 different options of Radianz® Quartz, including sparkling colors from the Noble Collection that contain metallic-like quartz chips to add a vibrant depth to your countertop. We’ll be adding even more colors to our collection in 2013.

28 colors is a lot to choose from! But don’t be overwhelmed. We make it easy to pick which color of Radianz® will complement the natural stone selections we have in our store. When you visit one of our local tile showrooms, our design experts will share our carefully chosen list of granite and marble stone that will bring out the beauty in your choice of Radianz® Quartz.

Better for the Environment

Samsung now offers eleven products in the Radianz® Recycled Series. By containing a percentage of pre-consumer recycled material, all eleven are SCS Material Content Certified, so you know that by choosing these products you are doing your part to conserve energy, reduce landfill space, and cut down on transportation emissions.

Seven colors in The Radianz® Recycled Series are third-party LEED certified eligible for LEED credits under Materials & Resources (MR) Credit 4. To learn more about which colors fall under this category, contact your local Arizona Tile slab warehouse.
