Arizona Tile Livermore, CA Showroom Hosts Local NARI Event

The natural stone industry really is exciting! We get to stay ahead of design trends, meet creative people, and join dynamic national and local organizations. One of the organizations we belong to is NARI – The National Association of the Remodeling Industry. NARI recently approached our team at the beautiful Livermore, CA showroom to host a local monthly NARI meeting on August 21, 2012. Of course, we were happy to do so!

Over 40 people attended the meeting from all facets of the remodel industry including interior designers, roofers, tile setters and concrete finishers.

David Lupberger, owner of Remodel Force, was the guest speaker for the evening. He spoke about how contractors can provide excellent customer service during the remodeling process to make the experience a positive one for the customer.  Since the majority of a residential contractor’s projects come from repeat and referral business, the customer’s impression of and experience with the team can be equally important as the quality of the finished work.
