We’re ecstatic for you to meet the extremely talented ladies behind the dynamic design duo of Lamb & Co. Lyndsay and Leslie are twin sisters and the owners of this successful home décor design company.

People are at the heart of Lamb & Co.’s mission and as a mindset when creating designs, Lyndsay and Leslie believe that everything that truly matters comes down to people. Because of this core belief, they focus on serving their people – their clients, their team, and their families – well. They strive to ensure everyone they meet enjoys a fun, memorable experience.

Through Lamb & Co., Lyndsay and Leslie work with homeowners to transform their houses into homes, making the spaces unique to each client. They provide interior decorating, renovation design, and consultation services.

As if they’re not busy enough, in addition to running their very successful design business, they have three seasons (and counting!)as the hosts of HGTV’s Unsellable Houses under their belt. On this show they redesign and remodel homes that aren’t selling in the Pacific Northwest market (where they live).

Their show provides a glimpse into life in their twin world and the community that surrounds them. ’They’re excited to have recently started their own renovation and design companies this year – Lamb & Co. Renovations and Lamb & Co. Design – and to be able to operate fully in-house for every HGTV design they will be creating in season 4!

Why Remodeling?

Lyndsay and Leslie love remodeling homes for both design and financial reasons. They love seeing the before and after and how everything comes together in the end.

They also love being able to help homeowners increase the value of their biggest asset. Having a background in real estate, they always take into consideration what the ROI (return on investment) is for any project. Lyndsay says, “It is all about doing what’s best for our clients and how we can help them get top dollar for their homes, whether they’re looking to sell now or in the future.”

Lyndsay and Leslie use Arizona Tile products in many of their designs and display them often on the show. They both say that their favorite aspects of working with Arizona Tile, hands-down, is the customer service and the unique, exclusive selection of tile and stone to choose from, which helps set their designs apart.

When asked about their favorite Arizona Tile product they’ve worked with, they admitted it was difficult to choose! They “love so many tiles at Arizona Tile but tend to lean into the Flash and Concerto families quite often.”

Design Inspirations

Lyndsay and Leslie have a lot of design styles they enjoy, making it difficult to pick just one favorite. Lyndsay told us she loves different designs for different reasons, and she loves mixing them together. She said they just completed a simple oasis design that might be one of her favorite homes they’ve worked on yet, as it has a light, airy, and clean contemporary style. She loved that it was luxurious yet cozy.

Leslie spoke to us about popular colors for design in the Pacific Northwest, saying greens and blues are often in demand and are “easier to get away with in the Pacific Northwest than in other areas of the country–you can pull inspiration from our beautiful natural surroundings.”

When it comes to tile, Lyndsay and Leslie really love working with ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, quartz, quartzite and much more. They especially love Arizona Tile’s porcelain due to the variety that you can get out of it. For natural stone, they also love quartzite for the durability and variety it provides. They often use these products for shower, bathroom, as well as kitchen backsplash & countertop designs.

As far as rooms this duo favors designing, they love kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.

Lyndsay also enjoys designing additional bonus spaces like a basement or large room over the garage. She says these spaces can be a little more challenging when it’s just a blank canvas with no specific use and it leaves a lot up for interpretation. But these twins never back away from a challenge!
