The Spark Bars series is a ceramic wall tile with a matte finish glaze. Designed to emulate hand-crafted tile, Spark Bars is unique in that each tile is scored to look like several small tiles. Plus this makes for easy installation and grouting. Please note, a joinnt of 1/16″ is recommended due to the scored nature of the material. To ensure correct alignment of joints, it is recommended that all pieces be placed in the same direction. To do this, on the back of each individual tile there is an arrow indicating orientation of the tile.
Because this product mimics a hand-made tile, there can be noticeable variances between pieces, so it is important and recommended that a range of this product be viewed before finalizing a purchase.
Piece to piece variation in shade or color are inherent in all fired clay products; therefore, it is recommended to mix tiles from several boxes at a time during installation to achieve the best range of color.
This series is suitable for vertical surface applications in both residential and commercial projects.
